The renovation project of the economic and trade office of the Danish Embassy at Centec Tower has been completed.

The office project for Trouw Nutrition, a company of Nutreco, has been completed at the Saigon Riverside Office Center. Nutreco is a Dutch company that produces and sells animal feed. The company is internationally operating with headquarters in Amersfoort and has a number of research centers, plus production and processing facilities in over 30 countries, with a total of approximately 12,000 employees.

The Zuellig Pharma office project at the 4th floor of TNR Tower has been completed. Zuellig Pharma is a healthcare service company headquartered in Singapore. More than 12,000 people are working in 13 countries in Asia. Zuellig Pharma mainly operates in the Asian pharmaceutical markets and provides healthcare products to over 350,000 hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and non-governmental organizations.

The Liberty Insurance office project at Vincom Dong Khoi Tower has been completed. Liberty Mutual Group is a diversified global insurance company headquartered in the United States and is the sixth-largest property and casualty insurance company in the United States. It ranked 71st on Fortune's list of the 100 largest U.S. corporations based on revenue in 2020.

The design and construction project of Tokio Marine Insurance Office at the 14th floor of Lim 3 Tower has been completed. Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. is a multinational insurance holding company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It is the largest property/casualty insurance group in Japan by revenue and is the parent company of the Tokio Marine Group, employing 39,000 people in 38 countries around the world.

The Hayat Kimya factory renovation project in the Becamex industrial park in Binh Phuoc province has been completed.

The design and construction project of Ben Line Agencies office at the 15th and 16th floor of Landmark Tower - 5B Ton Duc Thang Street has been completed. As of 2013, the company has more than 110 offices and 2,000 employees operating in four specific areas: port agency, ship agency, offshore support, and project logistics services.

Despite the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the AZA team still worked hard to implement a number of key projects, including Pharmacity at B1 Brilliant Tower, Diamond Island, Thu Duc City. Completed the Huawei office at L09-03, Vincom Dong Khoi. Huawei is a Chinese multinational technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It designs, develops, manufactures, and sells telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics, smart devices, and solar products.

AZA completed the Samsung C&T representative office project at Vincom Đồng Khởi Tower. AZA is a Korean construction and engineering company.

Completed the design and construction of the Suntory PepsiCo project at the SPVB Dong Nai plant. Officially entered the Vietnamese market in 1995 through a strategic alliance and officially named Suntory PepsiCo, after nearly 25 years of formation and development, Pepsi has become one of the leading brands in the beverage industry.

Completed the GEODIS Ho Chi Minh City project at Floor 9, Bluesky Building. Geodis is a holding company that brings together logistics, express, and truckload companies and freight forwarding and freight transportation with the acquisition of TNT's Freight Forwarding (TFM) division. It employs 49,400 people and is present in 168 countries.

AZA has completed the project for PVD Company at Floor 4, Cantavil Premier Building.

The HLS project at the 12th floor of Ree Building has been completed. Honour Lane Shipping (HLS) was established in 1997. Now, HLS has expanded to 35 owned offices with over 1,000 staffs.

The Masan Group Corporation office project at the 14th floor of Central Plaza has been completed. Masan Group Corporation is one of the three largest private companies in Vietnam by market capitalization.

The Itochu project at the 8th floor of Vincom Đồng Khởi Tower has been completed. Itochu is a Japanese conglomerate headquartered in Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka and Aoyama, Minato, Tokyo. Itochu was ranked 72 on the Fortune Global 500 list of companies in 2020, with annual trading revenue of $100 billion.

AZA has completed the Ajinomoto Vietnam project at 06 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Dakao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Ajinomoto is a Japanese multinational biotechnology and food company that specializes in the production of seasonings, interlayer insulation materials for semiconductor packages for use in personal computers, cooking oil, frozen foods, beverages, sweeteners, amino acids, and pharmaceuticals.

AZA has completed the Onpoint office project at Floors 1, 2, 3, and 4 of AB Building, 27B Nguyen Dinh Chieu. Onpoint is a leading provider of e-commerce development services in Southeast Asia.

AZA has completed the design and construction project of Geotech Hub Vietnam's office at the 4A floor, Vincom Đồng Khởi, Ho Chi Minh City.

AZA has completed the design and construction project of Maybank Securities' office at the 9th floor, Pearl 5 building, 05 Le Quy Don Street, Ward Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. According to the Brand Finance report in 2020, Maybank is the most valuable bank brand in Malaysia, the fourth-ranked brand in ASEAN, and the 70th-ranked brand in the world's most valuable bank brands.
